History
The Bloody Hoods Gang: one of New Alexandria’s most prominent outlaw gang; moving to Saint's Crossing: was established by a group of like-minded, heartless bastards from all walks of life that have built a stable yet deranged bond with each other. One thing is certain: live free and prosper, or die trying. The gang attempts to simulate a western, immersive outlaw experience which involves some intense interactions for the victims that come across the gang, as well as even member to member disputes. Even though the gang appears ruthless and objectified; the men and women of the Bloody Hoods do follow a code. Their selective process is quite complicated in regards to all aspects: recruits, loot, and objective. The selection of victims itself…not so much, for their notoriety and hospitality spreads amongst almost anyone in their path, as they seek to become New Alexandria’s most feared bandit outfit.
It all started with the story of the one they call “Number One”. Before he became a professional highwayman and gunslinger out West, he became a barber who built his career in nearby Virginia. At the young age of 19, he was forced to watch the hanging of his parents by local law enforcement. They were falsely accused of robbing the Queenstown Bank in the state of Maryland. That traumatic event shaped his cold-hearted demeanor and blood-fued hatred for all law.
Throughout the 1880s and '90s, the Edgefield brothers traveled West and would rob and steal anything they could find. The brothers garnered a notorious reputation by the blood stained hoods they wore. Number One himself had a real fondness for putting the hurt on local law enforcement, which had the brothers on the move frequently.
Most of the Blood Hoods Gangs singular notoriety comes from the events surrounding the death of Noah Edgefield. After being shot in the back in a skirmish during a planned train robbery, Noah was pushed between the moving railroad cars and his body was never recovered. The few outlaws who tagged along for this daring excursion have bonded over the death of Noah and now call themselves the Bloody Hoods Gang out of respect for their fallen comrade. With the loss of his older brother Noah, he was fated to sit at the head of the rag tag outlaw group as Number One, destined to lead his new found family to riches and freedom.
