Billy Kim is a former outlaw and current member of the Saint's Crossing Ranger Corps.
History
Early Life
Billy Kim was born in Gangwon, a province in the Korean Empire. His parents and his older brother were farmers, delivering crops to whatever nearby city that would take them. After years of being taken advantage of by various businesses, his father decided to leave for America. Billy’s father decided it was best if Jackson stayed behind to take care of their mother and grandparents.
Immigrating to Saint Denis
It took weeks for them to finally arrive at the port in Saint Denis. His father, with all of the money they made from farming, bought a corner store with a home on the second floor that is across the street from a small white church.
Character
Personality
Billy comes off as cold and sometimes emotionless. He can be extremely blunt at times, which can be taken as him being rude to some. Once he gets to know someone better, he becomes very lighthearted and friendly.
Appearance
Fashion is one of Billy’s only passions in life. He cares about how he looks at all times. Unkempt and combed back, his silver hair can be seen from a distance. A closer look reveals fierce eyebrows, a scar going across his right eye. Always giving a very unimpressed expression.
Relationships
Billy and Mei Li are currently seeing each other.
