Daisy Shield-Brooks (Born Daisy Marie Shields, 17th of March 1880) is mostly recognized for her time as the "Shire of Armadillo".
History
Early Life
Born in a remote part of Ireland in 1880, she was not old enough to see her home country as her family immigrated to the Crossing in 1881. Her mother and father, Ryliee and Andrew Shields, were clock makers who planned to make their living in America. After years of success, debts began to pile and not soon after illness fell on the Shield parents. Passing away when Daisy was the age of 14. After what she had seen of the orphanages in the town a few miles out she had no intention on sticking around. She packed her things and made her way to a much smaller town down south that she had only been to once. Over the years of travel Daisy found herself in the company of many adoptive parental figures that sought to care for the wandering girl. Not staying long Daisy found independence in her walking. Stealing from small shops and hopping on wagons as she passed through town after town. It wasn't until she was 19 years of age when she first set foot in Saints Crossing, arriving in Valentine and finding herself a comfortable roof to sit on top of.

Lang Gang, Gang Gang
Shire of Armadillo
A position created by herself to act as a sort of Peacekeeper of Armadillo in 1899. This in an attempt to aid the notorious Lang Gang as they brought commerce and society to the cholera infested town while hiding from the government armies after the historical battle for the city of St. Denis. With the aid of her townsfolk, The Lang Gang, Mugsy's Delivery Service and the Saints Crossing Doctor's, Daisy Shields was able to bring life to the once forgotten and dismissed town in the Crossing.

Character
Personality
Witty and quick, Daisy is quick with a joke and even quicker on the gun. Not exactly a gunslinger she has a keen eye still and is ready to pull if it comes to it. After a life of death and adrenaline, Shields has calmed down and settled from her once fiery disposition to a more gentle ember who exists to regale the crossing with tales of old and when she can help those who need it.
Appearance
Standing at only 4'9, Daisy wears her hair as her main attraction. Wild and free and blistering like the midday sun it glows just as bright as she does. Usually found wearing yellow, green or brown clothing to match that of an actual Daisy she finds comfort in her own style and unique look. Though missing an eye she enjoys swapping out her glass eyes for different colors. It can all usually range from a ragged old jacket or a brand new hat.
