==History==
<h5>Early Life</h5>
<p>
Horace was believed to be born in the 1850’s to parents that were beholden to a secret organization called Quantum Order. Though his true age has been lost to the abyss of time. He was sent away at the tender age of one so Horace has no memories of his parents. He knows only the ways of the Order.
</p>
<p>Little is yet known about where he was sent, how he was trained. He is in search of information on the mystical and unexplained. As a Watcher he unable to meddle in the affairs of others…</p>
==Events in Saint's Crossing==
<p>
Upon arriving in the Crossing, getting off the train at the wrong station a kind stranger pointed him to Saint Denis. After a long trek to Saint Denis well after nightfall he paid his respects at his parents gravesite and while he was there the owner of the gun store introduced himself.
</p>
<p>Still getting his bearings he spent a few days getting supplies to go fishing…</p>

<p>Horace is kind, willing to give the shirt off his back if someone needs it. Also willing to talk to anyone but is extremely guarded about his life.</p>

<p>Horace is known for his bright hat with skulls and his dashing gray mustache.</p>
<h5>Relationships</h5>
<p>As Horace keeps to himself not much is known about his relationships. His parents are buried in Saint Denis.</p>
